What does it mean to you? A Geosystems career survey outlook

Is this enough, though? Recently, we conducted a survey among a select group of Central Europe participants working in marketing, IT, sales, finance, administration, and software and hardware production. Here’s what we found out.

The survey results are in

Along with wanting to know how well we were known in the region (about an 80% recognition score), we also wanted to understand what people were looking for in a job. With most respondents falling into a Millennial age group (almost 75% of respondents), we discovered people are looking for these top 3 benefits (in descending order):

  1. Interesting job tasks
  2. Flexible working model
  3. Career opportunities

These are the main reasons why people would change their job. We can see that fulfilling work and the possibility to keep work and life in balance are key success factors to keep employees and ensure high efficiency of employees.
